Audience insights is a crucial part of growing a business. Using a a customer list, page views or facebook page can help you establish an customer base for you to target in your Facebook ad marketing. Don’t have numbers? No problem, create a custom audience that will help you grown and connect with new customer or other businesses. - How to discover your existing audience – in Ads manager click onthe audience insights tab. Create a custom audience from a customer list or large facebook following. Look over your demographics and lifestyle information to see who your largest audience is. You can also see who your customer compares to the overall Facebook audience. Dive in as deep as you want.
- Discovering a new customer base- Start adding information for your needs. Location, age, family, interests, life events, politics, finances, educations or relationships. Doing these will give your a number of people will fit into this category. Narrow down your demographic one choice at a time until you find the perfect group of people to target.
- How to learn more about your customer- Look at page likes, Income, family and jobs to find a wider audience. Learn about those people to find like minded pages that you can also use as a target demographic.
